Applying is simple and can be completed online via the link found on our website. All applicants are subject to credit, background, and income verification. Applicants are generally expected to demonstrate a gross annual income of approximately three times the annual rent.

There is no application fee. A $500 holding fee is required at the time of application and is applied toward your security deposit if approved.

Security deposits start at $1,750 and may be up to one month's rent. A full first month's rent is due prior to move-in. In some cases, applicants may also be required to pay last month's rent based on screening results.

When you lease directly through The Fenway Collection, there is no broker fee.
